Jay is an experienced Real Estate Executive with over 15 years operating Multifamily properties as President of Inspire Residential and currently managing 45 properties and 2500 units in the Denver Metro Area. Additionally, Jay has 8 years of experience in Private Equity acquisitions including managing full-cycle real investments through disposition resulting in an impressive investment track record.
